The adoption of new trends for a healthier diet is the main reason for the creation of the special­ly set-up promotion area at the 8th ARTOZYMA International Exhibition for Bakery - Confection­ery where "free from ... " products that contain no sugar, gluten, lactose or any other ingredient that adversely affects the health of consumers will be presented. 

Sugar-, gluten- or lactose-free foods are the new consumer trends that will henceforth shape the shelves of supermarkets and bakeries - pastry shops. 

At the specially set-up area where these products will be displayed, there will also be the possi­bility for presentations about their practical use to industry professionals.
